The Annunciation

To create the world, God said: Let there be, and the world came into existence from nothingness. Twenty centuries ago Mary said: Let it be done, and the Eternal Word became Man. We must accept God's will in poverty and in abundance, in humiliation and in exaltation, so that He may act through us.

The Visitation

When you can say a comforting word to someone, say it. Sometimes a single good word will weigh on the fate of your neighbor. I implore you not to spare love for those closest to you in your family: husbands, wives, children, for this is the foundation of peace in the whole world.

The Nativity of Jesus

God came to us as a child. And the richest country is the one that has many people. Yet we Poles are too few. Even if all of us were properly educated, the lack of people would appear even greater. Let us pray to the Lord God that every family may have as many children as possible.

The Presentation of Jesus in the Temple

We must offer to God all our affairs, all work, hardships, inconveniences, and all suffering. Through such an offering, all our affairs become a merit before God. We must think of God, and then He will take upon Himself our worries and needs. – God above all.

The Finding of Jesus in the Temple

There may be more than one neighbor whom you do not like, whose character and appearance you do not care for, perhaps whose virtues even irritate you. And yet Jesus loves him with the tenderest love. The closer Providence has united you with your neighbor, the greater the devotion with which you should love him. Have a living faith so that you may see Christ in your neighbor, and it will not be difficult for you to do good to him.
