The Agony in the Garden

Think of how much anxiety, fear, and apprehension there is in your life, how many things you are afraid of, how many worries and torments you have, and how many difficulties seem insurmountable. Yet Jesus took upon Himself the fears of the whole world, of all humanity. It is unimaginable how afraid He must have been. But you no longer have to be.

Offer all your fears to Jesus, for He wants to take them from you and set you free from them forever. Repeat in your heart through ten Hail Marys: Blood of Christ, conquering demons, deliver me from all my fears.

The Scourging at the Pillar

Jesus Christ, together with Mary, I stand before the pillar to which You are bound and at which You are about to be scourged. I want to do penance for all the sins of impurity in my life-for every sin of pornography, masturbation, adultery, for all vices, addictions to pleasure, and for constantly indulging my senses.

Jesus, through Your Blood, deliver my life from every bondage, vice, and sensory addiction.

The Crowning with Thorns

Jesus, Your suffering is meant to make reparation to the Heavenly Father for the pride of my mind-for the fact that I always know best, I am always right, and everyone should listen to and adore me because I am the center of the universe.

Allow the Blood of Jesus, which flowed from His head, to now pour down upon your head. Immerse your mind and heart in the Blood of Jesus.

The Carrying of the Cross

Jesus Christ, together with Mary, I stand at the beginning of Your Way of the Cross. I want to go through every station, every pain, every shedding of Blood, every blasphemy, every beating of You, every disregard, and every mockery… I want to thank You for every event in my life that is a suffering and a cross, in which perhaps until now I rebelled against You and accused You, saying it was Your fault.

Ask Jesus that, by the Blood He shed during the Way of the Cross, especially during the third fall, He may now wash your entire life-from conception until death.

The Crucifixion and Death of Jesus

I know that this suffering is because of me, that these wounds and this pain are Your penance for my sins. Lord Jesus Christ, I now want to completely renounce sin, renounce Satan, and all his works in my life, and fully submit myself to You, to be entirely Yours-in complete obedience to Your will, just as You in complete obedience offered Yourself to Your Father. May Your holy Blood from the cross, Jesus, permeate my entire mind, my spirit, and my psyche…
