The Resurrection

Receive with faith not only that Jesus has risen, but also that He is constantly rising within you. His powerful presence is inside you. The mystery of the Resurrection is an invitation for God's mighty power to enter the place of death, where you have already given up, where something has already died, where humanly speaking nothing more can be changed. Realize that if He is with you, who can be against you; that I can do all things through him who strengthens me (Phil 4:13).

The Ascension

Through baptism, it has come to pass that we now move in two worlds simultaneously: we are citizens of heaven and of earth. Our task since the day of our holy baptism has been to bring the invisible world into the visible world, the power of heaven onto earth, the atmosphere of heaven into the atmosphere of earth. This will happen once you realize that you truly are a child of the Kingdom of Heaven living on earth.

The Descent of the Holy Spirit

When the Holy Spirit comes, He also comes to confront us with the darkness that is within us and around us. When the Holy Spirit descends upon you, the darkness inside you must reveal itself. At that moment, all the worst things will begin to come out of you: anger, rage, greed, envy, impurity… That is why when we call upon the Holy Spirit, we also pray that He may conquer the darkness that will be revealed when it comes into contact with His light and power. The ultimate victory will be God's victory in me-not the darkness's.

The Assumption of Mary

Associated with this mystery is the awakening of a great longing for heaven in your heart. If we do not long for heaven, we will remain attached to life here on earth, and earthly matters will be the most important to us. Longing for heaven sets us free from the fear of death. We are created to live in heaven-not to live on earth.

The Coronation of Mary as Queen of Heaven and Earth

Do not suggest solutions to God or Mary that seem best to you. In the first few Hail Marys, tell the Mother of God about everything you cannot cope with, and then add your ”amen” to Her reign over those situations. Let Her truly, authentically be the Queen of every moment of your life, the Queen of all events, the Queen of the days and nights you go through.
