The Baptism of Jesus in the Jordan

Baptism, through which we become children of God and heirs to His kingdom, is a symbol, a participation, and a copy of the death of Christ. We too-born anew in the holy sacrament of baptism-must respond to the grace of our vocation, striving to imitate our Immaculate Mother and seeking constantly to know God, so that by always knowing Him better and better, we may serve Him and love Him.

The Wedding at Cana

Mary continues to accompany me, solicitously surrounding me with her maternal care. She looks after me with extraordinary tenderness. What have I done to deserve such gentleness? I feel closely held and bound to the Son through the mediation of the Mother.

The Proclamation of the Kingdom of God

Jesus said, ”Unless you turn and become like children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven” (Mt 18:3). But before He taught us this with words, He had already put it into practice through actions. He became a child and gave us an example of that simplicity which He would later teach with words. Let us empty our hearts, keeping all earthly prudence far from them. Let us earnestly strive to always have a mind pure in action, always straightforward in ideas, always holy in intentions.

The Transfiguration

In this light, I see how this adorable Lord deserves to be loved, and the soul feels increasingly inflamed with love for Him.

Stay with me, Lord, for it is necessary to have You present so that I do not forget You. Stay with me, Lord, because You are my light, and without You, I am in darkness. Stay with me, Lord, and show me Your will. Stay with me, Lord, so that I may hear Your voice and follow You. Stay with me, Lord, if You want me to be faithful to You.

The Institution of the Eucharist

The Most Holy Eucharist is the greatest of miracles; it is the ultimate and greatest proof of Jesus' love for us. He accomplished all this to give us a full, rich, and perfect life. ”I came,” He says, ”that they may have life”-and He truly gives it to us through His incarnation-”and have it abundantly” (cf. Jn 10:10). This is precisely what He gives us even more each day in Holy Communion.
