The Annunciation
You will conceive and give birth to a son, and you are to call him Jesus… For no word from God will ever fail (Lk 1:31,37).
The Most Holy Virgin through the Holy Spirit gave flesh and blood to the Son of God, which Christ left in the Most Blessed Sacrament as food for eternal life. Thank You, O God, One in the Holy Trinity, for this miracle of love and for calling me to benefit from the fruits of the Incarnation and Redemption. Queen of the Holy Rosary, obtain for me humility, living faith, purity, and love toward God.
The Visitation
Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the child you will bear! (Lk 1:42).
The Mother of Jesus in response to Elizabeth's greeting sang a hymn of praise to God for His mercy, for the graces and gifts given to Herself, to the chosen people, to nations and generations; for sending the Divine Savior. I too give thanks for the graces with which God has blessed me, the Holy Church, and my nation. I offer You, Lord Jesus, the love of the most fervent hearts in reparation for the insults You endure in many churches and chapels throughout the world. Queen of the Holy Rosary, obtain for me gratitude toward God and active love toward my neighbors.
The Nativity of Jesus
She gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped him in cloths and placed him in a manger, because there was no guest room available for them (Lk 2:7).
I kneel before the manger to praise You, God, in human flesh and to meditate upon Your immeasurable love. Accept, Jesus, my thanks and come into my heart as the Bread of Life. I unite with the Most Holy Mother and with all who surround Your manger, so that like them I may welcome You and adore You in my heart and give thanks in Holy Communion. Queen of the Holy Rosary, obtain peace in human hearts and throughout the entire world.
The Presentation of Jesus in the Temple
When the time came for the purification rites required by the Law of Moses, Joseph and Mary took him to Jerusalem to present him to the Lord (Lk 2:22).
The Lord Jesus made a sacrifice at the dawn of His life with the participation of Mary, for He wanted Her to share in the work of Redemption. The aged Simeon experienced immense joy upon recognizing and being in the presence of the Savior on earth. He called Him a light for revelation to the Gentiles, and the glory of the people of Israel. Queen of the Holy Rosary, I praise with You the Lord offering Himself on the altars of the world and carried as Viaticum to the sick. Obtain for me a spirit of sacrifice.
The Finding of Jesus in the Temple
After three days they found him in the temple courts, sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them questions (Lk 2:46).
The Lord Jesus knew that He would cause heartache to His loved ones, but He wanted to show that the things of God take precedence over human affairs. Obedient to His Parents, He returned home and for many years worked as a poor craftsman. Queen of the Holy Rosary, teach me to thank the Lord for sanctifying daily ordinary activities. Help me to make amends through love to Jesus, who awaits people in abandoned churches.
